Chaplain (Volunteer / Short-term)
Escuela Caribe (EC) is an English-speaking boarding school in the Dominican Republic for under-achieving American youth. EC is seeking a retired or semi-retired pastor or chaplain who would be interested in assisting with discipleship, preaching, music ministry (if possible), spiritual counseling, and other tasks on a short-term basis (3-6 months).
EC will provide accommodations, some meals, transportation to and from the nearest airport (Santiago, code STI), daily transportation between housing and school, and a small stipend ($200 US / month).
EC is part of New Horizons Youth Ministries (www.nhym.org). EC is located in Jarabacoa, a beautiful town in the central mountains of Hispaniola.
